Mr. Edeza, has previously served as National Treasurer of the Republic of the Philippines and held key leadership roles in both government and the private sector. Mr. Edeza’s expertise spans treasury operations, capital markets, and corporate governance, having served as a senior executive at major Philippine financial institutions.
Former Chair of the Board
Mr. Ledesma has 32 years of experience at Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation, rising to the positions of Vice President and Senior Vice President. He served as President and CEO of Dungganon Bank–Bacolod from 2012 to 2016. He is currently a part-time faculty at the University of St. La Salle–Bacolod Graduate School and has completed the Corporate Governance course for rural banks. He completed his degree in Commerce, Major in Economics, at La Salle Bacolod (later changed to University of St. La Salle –Bacolod).
President
Mr. Tapiador is co-founder and past Chairman of Fintech Philippines Association. He brings over 20 years of diverse leadership experience in consulting, electronic payments, rural banking, microfinance, and regulatory development. He has provided project consulting services to the Asian Development Bank, International Labour Organization, World Health Organization, and US Agency for International Development, among others. With over 1,000 rural bankers and cooperative leaders trained, he has positively impacted more than 190,000 low-income clients in the Philippines. Mr. Tapiador holds a master's degree in Entrepreneurship from the Asian Institute of Management, and earned his bachelor’s degree, major in Environmental Science, from Ateneo de Manila University.

Mr. Ledesma is a man of many hats. He is the Chairman of San Juanita Multi-Cooperative (since 2005), Secretary of Dos Hermanas Multi-Cooperative (since 2008) and President of First Farmers Association (since 2009). In October 2018, he was elected as Chairman of the Confederation of Sugar Producers Cooperative for Negros and Panay islands.

Ms. Rodriguez brings a fresh perspective to the Board, grounded in sustainability and development. She completed her postgraduate studies in Globalisation, Business, and Development at the University of Sussex in the UK and has worked in operations and sustainability–focused roles. Ms. Rodriguez is currently a program manager for the Ramon Magsaysay Foundation.

Mr. Cañete is a veteran in the real estate and financial services industry, with over three decades of leadership experience. Mr. Cañete has been instrumental in landmark projects such as Hudson Yards, the first urban gentrification initiative with Pad on Harvard, and the acquisition of over 1,500 affordable housing units. His track record includes advisory roles in the UN Headquarters renovation and major lease deals for Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and NY Health+Hospitals. Mr. Cañete is a two-time recipient of the Real Estate Board of New York’s “Most Ingenious Deal of the Year” award—an exceptional accomplishment in a field where Asian representation remains limited.

Mr. Locsin offers deep expertise in finance, investment, and business management. He served as Vice President for Finance at Philippine Rock Products Inc., overseeing treasury, credit and collection, and purchasing operations. He cofounded Dragon Transport Resources Inc., leading Nissan Car Lease Philippines to become the top car rental company in the Philippines in revenue, fleet size and product quality.
